The relax mode on my massage chair helps realign my hip. I use it daily and most times twice a day.

I will warn you though it could help put you to sleep 😊 I love the variety of modes and intensities especially the zero gravity

feature. Also the customer service surpasses excellent service.

Having experienced countless massage chairs, I can confidently say this one stands out as the most deeply relaxing I’ve ever sat in. The best purchase ever. My only regret is I haven purchased before. Why only now! Working as a Nurse, fits very well to my needs. I love doing my massage every time I come work. Very relaxing. My back pain if better and I sleep even better after using it. Ms Janet Lee was so patient to answer my questions. She made me comfortable and confident on my decision to purchase. Our whole family (7 people) have been using the Positive Posture Brio chair for quite some time now. It has a variety of programs and can vary intensity to make sessions pleasant for everyone, from our youngest 10 year daughter to our oldest 79 year old mom. I personally tried many chairs and would rank Brio among elite brands, like Infinity Evolution for both functionality and quality of craftsmanship. I recommend buying Positive Posture products not just because of their quality but also an outstanding customer service. While transporting our chair to its new location, we lost a back cushion support (poor truck tying, I guess). I contacted customer service and ordered a replacement cushion at a reasonable price delivered within a week. Deborah S. provided a superb customer service, answered all my questions and ensured a smooth order fulfillment process.

My husband and I just happened to catch the HEALING TOUCH store out the corner of our eyes while taking a birthday walk in the mall. He loves massage chairs (on his bucket list), so this would make for a perfect birthday gift for him. He does have lower back pain and muscle tension, so I encouraged him to go in and give em a try, get a free massage—-it wouldn’t cost a thing right :)? Four days later, we had one delivered! White glove service superb! Did I mention we had no plans to buy a massage chair? While hubby was trying out the chairs, I was drawn to the lovely decor, soft music playing in the background, and just had this overall relaxed feeling something was different about this store. Then I saw one of my favorite books on display, and I guess you can say the “rest is history.” From the minute we walked into the store, we were treated professionally by Nathan, Chase and Crystal. We stopped by two different times before deciding. There were NO sales pressure at all from the staff, just courtesy, attentiveness, patience and thoroughness in explaining the products. I like to do research and comparison shop, so we did that for the next few days. We saw a lot, but we felt drawn to Healing Touch and I mean that. They won out over one of my favorite stores! There are a lot of stores, brands and models, but Healing Touch has a great selection too. During Covid, we have come to appreciate and try as much as possible to support local family-owned businesses. We think you will be hard-pressed to find another store in the metroplex to compete with Healing Touch–so let us save you some time and gas! We could only give 5 stars, but they are well beyond that in every way. Support a local family owned business that has quality chairs, great customer service, competitive prices with no hassle buying. Thankful they have a store in Arlington near our home, but they also have a store in Plano. Good choice to come to the Park‚Äôs Mall, Healing Touch team, or we would not have found you! We trust and pray you‚Äôll have great success in the days, months and years ahead. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Healing Touch.

I have been having my massage at home daily since August, 2021 and thanks to the Brio+ Massage Chair! it’s comfortable and has 5 intensity level to suit your needs. To me, level 3 is the best. It offers many programs like full body, relax and etc. I like the relax program the most and it really helps me to relax after a stressful workday. I like to have it before goind to bed cos it helps me falling asleep faster. The heated function is a plus, especially the winter is coming.!

I’ve had this chair for about 10 months, no major complaints. I am walking straiter I wished there was heat control because I like my heat to be “extra crispy hot”. Other than that a great purchase for me. Also customer support is STELLAR here in California Thank you Dr. Alan Weidner for staying on top of things.

Bought this for my wife who has a repetitive motion job that causes a lot of aching muscles and stiff joints. She can’t get enough of it. She uses it for 3 cycles every evening and completes it feeling totally refreshed. There are more options that you can use, so we spent the first month or so experimenting and trying all the modes. You need to do that to find which mode and/or program fits you best. It will take a while but worth it so you can then just get in the chair and go right to the mode you like best. Honestly, it was sometimes difficult for me to distinguish between the preset modes because many of them are quite similar. My wife likes the pre-programmed modes, but I prefer the manual mode where I can adjust which massage mode I want with the roller and which air bags I want to concentrate on. My wife used to need to go to the chiropractor every 4-5 weeks, but since we got this chair, she hasn’t gone back to him. This was definitely a great investment. It is a large piece of furniture, so make sure you have room for it to recline all the way back.

I have a bad hip and the chair relieves the pressure built up from playing golf. I would recommend this chair to anybody that has muscle or joint pain.

Good message chair with custom features would like to have had better upper torso / neck adjustments

After having this chair for about six months I am still very much enjoying it. The chair is very comfortable and addictive, in a good way. The programmed massages give a good variety but I also like and use the manual settings just as much. I wish it had a way to save customized programs rather than having to set them manually each time. I also wish the programs ran at least another five minutes longer then they currently do. But overall I have been happy with the chair and recommend it.

Love this chair, it has dozens of different settings, a heater, foot massager and long track. Literally use it for at least 10 minutes per day. Highly rec.

We bought the chair from Costco without even testing it. But we don’t regret even for a single day. Not only my family but even our guests make sure that get the message before they leave. Many has already told me that they will buy the same chair after they tried out on our chit.

We had the chair about 6 months and loved it, even teen boys are using it sometimes after hard exercises. We loved the foot roller and arm air bags. The shoulder roller maybe for people with big frame.. if this can be improved the chair is 100% great, I am now giving the chair 4.9 out of 5

Overall it’s a pretty good massage chair given the price being paid. The order and delivery experience is pretty good and they keep you updated with shipment progress so no issues there. In terms of the actual massage, the chair does certain parts very well. Lower back, glutes and calves are probably best done. There is a lot of room for improvement with the neck/shoulder and foot/heal area. I‚Äôm a person who suffers from Achilles tendinitis so the fact that the rollers or airbags really don’t really reach the heal was a big minus but overall, I‚Äôd rather have a reliable chair to jump into than not so I‚Äôd say go for it. Another thing I would encourage is talking to the folks at positive posture because each program works on your body differently and they can really guide you on how to get the most out of the chair.

The chair has been very good for the amount of features available and speed options. If there was one complaint it would be sound of the air compressor while utilizing the chair. It does take away from the experience a little bit that having music playing helps to limit the sound. For a taller person(6’4″) the feet don’t quite extend far enough to make the angle perfect when sitting. It is part of the seat design that the upper calf doesn’t quite get as much massage as the rest of the leg when extended all the way out. Overall the chair is good and something I look forward to using just about daily. It is a conversation piece that people come over and utilize when hosting. We would buy it again in a heart beat but could be improved upon a little bit.

When my husband purchased this massage chair at the Seattle Home show, I was worried that we made an impulsive mistake. However this turned out to be one of the best things we have ever done. I have arthritis and usually wake up stiff and sore. Fifteen minutes in the massage chair with the heat on restores me completely. We both have massages every day and feel that our quality of life has improved immensely since getting it. Worth every penny. Also, they have great customer service!! In November we had a problem with the recline function -Although we had a five year warranty, I worried that it would be hard to get it fixed since we didn’t get it in a store..however my experience was exactly the opposite! Caitlen and Alex went above and beyond to fix the problem. Every phone call was returned promptly and they were so nice!! When you spend this much money on a product, it is reassuring to know that the company stands behind the warranty. Thank you Caitlen and Alex. you’re the best!

We have bad backs and cannot handle anything too strong. We actually ordered another chair from a back store that told us that their chair would be great for us, but we had to return it. Back pain will make you crazy, so we kept searching for something more suitable for us. We found it! This chair has been a blessing. It feels amazing (perfect for our pretty sensitive low back) and because it’s gentle and comfortable there’s a 99% chance that you fall asleep too – a bonus. We were looking at something more expensive, but after the salesperson heard our concern, he directed us to the (less expensive) Brio+ model. This turned out to be great advice. The other chair from another company, which we will not name, was clumsy and kind of brutal. This newest “family member” is PERFECT for us, and we got really appreciated the accurate advice and coaching from this store. We even named our chair Ray, which is short for Ray O. Sunshine. Thanks for the super advice and great product. Going to see Ray now…

I am just ecstatic about my new Brio+ massage chair! It is so much more than I had anticipated. All the various functions and capabilities are so welcomed. I especially like the fact that this chair covers the feet and lower legs so well. The air bags and massage is just outstanding. Additionally, I am very pleased at the outstanding customer service. They are willing to spend time to address any issue and educate me on the chair. Thanks so much for producing such a great product. I would recommend it to anyone!

As an officer worker, I sit all day and that caused me to develop lower back issues. I have been getting regular massage and paying $100 a session plus tip for a few years now. A friend of mine had bought a massage chair and told me the benefits. So I did my research and discovered this amazing product. I have had it now for 6 months and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
